Recruiting & Advertising - We take all actions necessary to recruit qualified applicants from writing and placing advertisements to attending job fairs.
Screening Process - Our screening process is thorough and accurate. We follow any pre-employment screening process that helps you hire the right candidates and guarantee two good reference checks on each candidate.
Background Checks - Free national criminal background check completed immediately upon hiring or per request.
In-House Drug Testing - We provide free drug screening with immediate results for quicker placements.
Employee Orientation - We give accurate details to candidates regarding your company policies and procedures before he/she starts an assignment. Customized employee handbooks are given when necessary.
Paychecks - Unless otherwise specified, employees receive paychecks by close of business each Friday. Direct deposit is available
Employee Benefits - Health, dental, vision, short-term and personal injury insurance are provided to employees. Vacation, personal days, holiday pay and sick days are optional to the client (subject to rate increase).
Workers’ Compensation Coverage & Administration - We carry the financial burden and administration of workers’ compensation for all assigned employees. Copies of our procedures, Certificate of Insurance and our Panel of Physicians are available upon request.
