A Professional Employer Organization (PEO) is not a staffing agency, a temporary staffing firm, payroll service or placement agency. A PEO serves as your Human Resource department, providing a full range of services.

PEO is a co-employment relationship where Corporate Solutions and your company become co-employers of your staff. Corporate Solutions is responsible for payroll administration (including filing local, state, and federal government paperwork (W2s, W4s, FICA, etc.), workers compensation, unemployment, insurance, payroll taxes, medical benefits and government compliance. You still maintain control of hiring, firing, on-site supervision and the daily operations of business.
